Music Download Questions

We will be updating this page as questions come in.

Are music downloads on this website legal?

YES, absolutely! We are registered with SOCAN (under tariff 22A) for all of our online digital download sales.

What happens if I accidentally delete my song(s)? Can I download again?

You are responsible for making a backup of your downloaded material. Once your download link expires, you will no longer have access to the file. If you wish to get another copy, you would have to pay for the song(s) again. Since we are able to verify that you’ve already purchased a particular song, contact us if this should happen and we’ll see about a discounted rate.

Can I share my downloaded music with friends (or anyone else)?

NO. You may not redistribute to other persons any music you download from this website under any circumstances. Doing so is music piracy and is illegal.

Besides, for $0.99 or less per song, that’s not going to break anyone’s piggy bank. Please support Christian Country music’s writters and artists by obtaining music legally.

Do I need to install any special software to listen to the music I download?

There is no software to download. As long as you have a standard media player like Winamp, Windows Media Player, Real Player, iTunes, or a host of others, you’ll be able to listen to the music without a problem. You can even listen to our music on your iPod or portable MP3 player!

Are there any limitations to these music files?

No. We do not use digital rights management (DRM) or other copy protection to interfere with copying your song files to your music player or burning to a CD.
